You can not go in yet but there is a room to the right of it.
Use the combination on the locker and grab the key for the basement.
You get a map in the garden room past the laundry room.
Open the little cabinet on the left side of the porch and find the key underneath the duck.
Now enter the secret room and take the attic key.
One leads to the basement and i m not sure where the other one leads.
